For the minehunter vessel case, MND said by 15^th Ching-Fu’s violation against the contract was conclusive and it would be publicly disqualified according to Article 101 and 103 in Government Procurement Act. As for the initial deposit, NTD 1.74 billion, and the 1^st and 2^nd stage deposit, NTD 4.84 billion (interest excluded), First Bank Kaohsiung branch was informed to sequestrate them.

MND emphasized that the level of violation against the contract was clear for de-contract which had already been under the formal procedure.
